Important information regarding Player Volunteer Deposit Fee and Family Discount

Please read the registration information letter located above in announcements. The player volunteer deposit will show per player on the registration, HOWEVER, we will be crediting your account to make it $200 per family.

Families with 3 or more children registered will receive a $100 discount per household/family account.

Registration Note:
Once you hit confirm on your registration you are fully registered. It will take you to the payment page and make it look like you have to submit a payment right then. Please note, you do NOT have to make a payment at that time. You can close out and log back in to pay anytime or pay via Venmo, check directly through a Hilmar Packer E-board member.

Registration Information

#1. You must register your player or cheerleader before submitting any documents.

#2. Documents needed to complete your registration are as follows:

A. Copy of your player/cheerleaders birth certificate

B. Player/cheerleader physical filled out on TVYFL form (will not accept forms filled out by chiropractor)

C. June 2024 report card (JV and Varsity only)

**All documents must be received before the first practice**
